The Manchester View

We met the most wonderful young desk clerk possible . She made what could have been a very uncomfortable stay for me with my wife on our 22nd wedding anniversary do to my extremely bad back situation and sleeping requirements into a very pleasant experience ! Her efforts turned our stay with you into a wonderful memory for us both ! . She ran around the whole resort to fulfill my sleeping requirements . Because of Her efforts and warm personality we were able to stay at your resort , otherwise we would have had to leave . She is definitely an asset for your resort . We've stayed at many places over the years on vacations and over night trips and have never been treated so well ,,, We will remember her always and the peaceful beauty of your resort ! R Davis

After your young Lady assisted us , there was nothing we didn't like !!!! Your resort was beautiful and the room was lovely !

Great reception staff who were so friendly and helpful

The breakfast served in paper bowls and plastic cutlery seemed to undermine what would have been a perfect score for me

It was a charming little room with a fantastic view from the back doors. The modern and stylish design made it a great space. The bathroom was also very nice. I appreciate that. You could pull right up to the door, unlock your car, and step right into the room.

The bed had to lean, with the head lower than the foot. This made sleeping uncomfortable. If the bed had been level, I would have given them a much better review. The breakfast was good, but it was just a continental breakfast, which wasn’t quite what I expected.

Attractive location. Bed comfortable.

one receptionist was a bit hostile when I queried something
