It was a cottage vibe motel. We booked it because of the (shared) kitchen so we could cook ourselves but there was no gas stove, only a microwave. This meant we couldn't cook ourselves and had to go out to eat for a few nights. It would have been nice if this was made clearer. The motel was a bit dated and could use a renovation, but everything worked fine. There was some mould in the bathroom.

The kitchen area was locked one morning so we weren’t able to use it.

Comfortable space, great staff. Outdoor sitting area allowed for socialization and drying of scuba gear. Communal kitchen allowed for simple cooking of meals and clean up.

The porch lights shine through the slatted blinds making sleep difficult for me. Heavy / blackout drapes would help. The shower pull did not work effectively causing over 2/3 of the water to go straight down the drain instead of into the shower fixture. Very wasteful
