Continental breakfast was too limited

Kinda got lost looking for our room. Location was great and parking was a bonus. Stayed there a few times and it’s our go to for the last few years. We will be back. Winter time be nice. Last minute booking for it was our 15 yr anniversary.

Again we got lost trying to find our room. It was a last minute booking and happy to have a room available. The downfall was the price. I know downtown will aways be expensive but still enjoyed. We will be back.

Good location

Location was excellent. Breakfast was okay, but it could use a few more additions like eggs, sausages, bagels, and a toaster would be a good idea.

I had encounter a few problems during the first few days of my stay. The showers weren't working properly, and although the staff on duty tried to do something, it was never resolved. The Keurig coffee maker was not working at all. It took me 2 trys to convince the staff to put a another one that works in my room. I had booked an Executive Suite, and I was expecting impeccable service. It was a bit of a disappointment. The rest of the stay wasn't too bad, although I had to remind Reception a few times to let Housekeeping know that my room had not been serviced most times, and at times my card key failed to work. I had to talk to Reception twice so I could get a card key that works.
