Lovely one night stay. Great location, clean room and chef was lovely ☺️
Older building and some minor improvements would make a major difference. But overall a lovely place to stay.

Location to Robson St, spacious, room, friendly team, nice neighbourhood, hot shower, water jug with cups in our room, breakfast was good, comfortable and warm.
Beds not as comfortable as hoped, not close to subway (however buses close by), many steps with suitcases.

The house is in a great location and the staff we met were really nice.
It's obviously an old house and they want to keep it looking a certain way but I think it could benefit from some refreshment. The carpet is heavily worn and stained, the back of the sink is being held together with painters tape and a plastic bag, there's a very old fan in the room that does nothing to help the heat when it's 30 degrees outside. I understand air con can't be installed but there are definitely newer better fans available. It was £250 a might mid week so I would expect a little better than it was.
