Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-North at Fossil Creek

It was a good size of suite.

The shower had hair on the bottom and on the shmpoos on the wall

Cristal at front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Crystal make us feel welcome

I like the fact that I was able to get breakfast at no additional cost and tea or coffee any time of the day.

The tv in the room was not smart tv, I was not able to watch tv/youtube

The bed was comfy! The employees were nice.

The pool was not working, I would like to have been notified before we arrived so we could have made other arrangements. We had our 5 grandkids who were all excited to swim, so they were disappointed. The air conditioning was not working in my son’s room, they were given another room, but they had to repack everything. Which was a lot due to 5 kids. So that was a let down. The cart we got for our luggage was broken, that was a struggle getting it up and down in the elevator, there were none left to exchange. It was very hot in the hallway.
