Hampton Inn Indianapolis Northeast/Castleton

Friendly staff plus the staff that we saw from last year was there and that young man is so friendly

The whole parking lot was being redone and no parking

Good location for us

Electrical problem. Sole of the outlets did not work. Shower nozzle came off in my hand

We had a pleasant check-in experience with the front desk staff. The location of the hotel was convenient for us.

We picked this hotel primarily for its location but also because it promised certain amenities. However upon arrival we learned that the workout room was closed for repairs. We attempted to go swimming but the water was frigid and there was floating debris and hair in the water. The overall hygiene of the hotel was subpar with some sort of black gunk on the carpet just past the front desk (with flies buzzing around). Our room, particularly the bathroom, just felt dated and in need of a little TLC.
