Holiday Inn La Mirada Buena Park by IHG

The breakfast was amazing, the staff answered all of our questions and helped us fix any issues we had in our room. The locations was close to Knotts Berry farm. The only downfall, couldnt connect p h one to tv to watch Netflix through cellphone. However, we barely was awake long enough to watch anything The jacuzzi was great but getting access to it was little wonky at first . Overall, id stay at this hotel again.

The walk to the pool area and no covered parking so it rained and ants found a wat into my car eith no snacks or anything in the vehicle.

The lobby and room were nice and modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

They have a policy of not having trash bags in the trash bins in the room. If you want trash bags you have to ask the front desk. They were out but gave me some laundry bags to use. This policy absolutely blew my mind. How am I supposed to throw away foot items that will get all over the trash bin? Or what if someone has to throw up but the toilet isn’t available? What about women on their monthly cycle? Absolute INSANITY to have the housekeeping staff have to deal with all that. For the love of God - put trash bags in the trash bins!!

I feel in home in that Holiday inn

It does not have top roof, it would be nice

Close to where I needed to go

I got a handicapped room, the beds where really low, not good for someone with knee issues, the bathroom was low too
