Great location near the waterfront. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. John was very welcoming & accomodating. Breakfast was served between 8-9 in the dining room. Breakfast was very good-fresh fruit, omelette & toast. My husband commented that the coffee was one of the best he's had during our trip. Would recommend!
Wish there were more times to pick for breakfast. Otherwise no issues!

Excellent breakfasts. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants
Liked everything. We were in the first floor with a king bed. The room and the bath were huge and a very deep soaking tub.
One note would…if you are unsteady in the dark the threshold into the bathroom is a step up and a step down. There is a good night light in the bathroom so If you leave it on you should be fine.

When we arrived there was ample parking for us and check-in went very smoothly finishing with a quick tour of our room and breakfast area. Our host was very professional and cordial. When we completed taking our luggage into our room etc we immediately noticed how conveniently located we were to the downtown area which obviously provided us with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
So this part of our description can be a matter for interpretation. The Inn on Frederick is an older building. It has maintained its original charm for its period. That said, some aspects of the room were a bit dated, perhaps showing some 'wear-and-tear'. Despite this minor reality, we did enjoy our stay very much.
