Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

The location can’t be beat! The beach all the amenities. I’ve been vacationing here since a was a young girl

Nothing

The staff was amazing. Everyone we encountered was cheerful and helpful, from the front desk to the maids. The location was perfect!

The hotel stated that it was a gulf view, but the room was facing the parking lot and you could barely see the gulf. The staff was kind enough to move us down a few rooms closer to the beach, so we could see it a little better. In the new room the sliding door kept getting stuck, so that it wouldn't open all the way. The lamps were stained and one didn't work. The water in the sink wouldn't drain unless you manually pulled up the cover, it wouldn't stay up on its own. I think it just really needs renevations and an honest description of the room view.

Everything was amazing

That I had to pay$40 a day for valet but never used my car. There should be another option.

Perfect location, friendly staff, quick to respond, great pool area, clean and safe.

Rooms need an upgrade.
