It was the perfect location to get on a cruise ship. We came in a day early so you walked all around Seattle and seen some sites. Wife loved it. Was a little pricey but was good for us.
Could have had a shuttle from the airport. That would have been nice

Good breakfast. Good coffee that did not run out. Clean and comfortable.
An airport shuttle. With as many Hilton's around you would think they would have shuttles to their various locations.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was meh. Very bland. Typical American fare. After trying the free breakfast the first day we went out to breakfast for the remainder of our stay (8 days). The staff at the desk was the most disappointing. Not at all welcoming or friendly or helpful. They were never present at the desk (you had to wait for them to appear) and they were not accommodating. Please teach them to smile and act like they're glad you're here.
