100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
My suite was very nice.
Some of the front desk staff were superior. So very accommodating and pleasant.
Shout out to mid shift and night shift front desk staff. Day shift = meh…
VERY LOUD, chaotic, huge throngs of unruly kids running wild with no supervision, clogging elevators and no security or other staff intervention.
Shuttle service from and to Airport could use some tweaking and better coordination.

The staff was very friendly. We love the breakfast thats offered, its the reason we always choose Embassy suites for our family.
One thing we felt disappointed about was the size of the beds, double beds are so small. They should be queen size for comfort of your guests. And the pull out couch mattress is uncomfortable!

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
The pool and fitness area are not large enough and need more attention to meet the level of the rest of the property.

The breakfast was nice, especially the made to order omlets. The rooms were decent. Woman who checked me in was very kind and helpful.
Hide away bed had loose chip chunks/crumbs in it. Shower would not get hot only luke warm. Beds were not very comfortable. Set room temp to lower cool temp and ot would not cool down beyond 72 regardless. Pool was white not clear. Very salty, even for a saltwater pool. Not worth the price at all.
