Hampton Inn Harbourgate

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was okay. I only got yogurt and an apple and orange for breakfast because I came down later. My stay was pretty good.

That I couldn't seem to get but one or two channels on the TV. My sister and her friend reported that they had roaches in their room. All on the bed cover, side table and floor.

There was Mold in the bathroom and Shower.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was great and nice.

The carpet smell, sometimes i felt like i couldn’t really step on the floor barefoot. Also the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold enough.

Room 402... Roach in bathroom that I had to kill. Toilet paper roll support nearly falling off the wall. Missing caulk or mold in tub. Chipped fascia in elevator. All points to poor maintenance. Staff blocked hallway right in front of the elevators when leaving the next morning. That is the worst place to park their carts. They apologized, but still... Poor selection of TV channels. I will not stay at Hampton Inn in the future. This is my third visit at various locations over the past 4 years. All three had reasons to complain.
