My stay was wonderful. The facility was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I loved the pool area and breakfast was good and had a variety of items. Customer service was on point and very polite. Great stay!

Hotel facilities and location to the airport as well as the cruise port terminal
Hotel uses a shuttle service that it shares with another hotel. This experience was horrible...shuttle driver picked us up at the hotel for the return trip to the airport. Diver refused to load our luggage, when i went to get the hotel manager the diver left with our bags, and my adult daughter in the van. driver said my wife would just have to F_ _King wait until he got back. The manager had to call the driver and managed to get him to return, upon returning he literally threw out bags out of the van onto the sidewalk. Your hotel manager paid for an uber so we could get to the airport.
