Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

Location was perfectly centered to so many great places to visit. The staff was so kind, helpful and always accomodating and welcoming. Informative and provided guidance and options. Our absolute favorite and whoat will bring me back forever more was the 24/7 pool and hot tubs hours. I always get a place with a pool in my bookings yet most have hours that close the pool at 9 or 10pm, usually preventing us from utilizing as we're often away for the day on our reason for staying. It was so nice and refreshing to finally be able to use the swim suits we packed!

My only complaint were none of the ice machines worked and you had to trouble the front desk to get ice from the bar area. Terribly inconvenient for the staff on duty trying to run the desk and phone to have to provide a service that should be self-service on each floor with functioning ice machines.

The parking was limited

I have been going to this Hilton Garden Inn for years. Everytime I stay in Williamsburg, I choose to stay here. It has a great location and the facilities are really nice. The recently renovated lobby with bar and eating area is nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are always very helpful.

Convenient restaurants

$15 for breakfast is ridiculous. No computer for guest to use. There is a printer but no computer so weird
