All good

Very clean. Great to have flooring not carpet. Nice deep bath. Good internet. Not noisy despite the main road and train tracks. I would definitely stay again. It felt very safe for a solo female traveller.

The Tay Inn is in a great location if you are visiting the Perth area, gas and food are all close by, it is great value, very clean and the staff are very friendly.
The noise level from outside traffic and trains was a bit annoying but did not affect us too much during regular sleeping hours. The bed mattress was ok, but could have been better for me.
