Beautifully decorated, we were able to walk everywhere we went.
Room was very small, could hear music from the pub all night long.

I love the location. Steps from Midtown Plaza and two blocks from Spadina where my race started. The staff are friendly. I love the vibe of the hotel, the hallways are wide and spacious, the foyer is beautiful. I have stayed here 10+ times, it is always my go-to because of the value, the staff and the location. Thirteen Pies across the street is amazing too!
I stayed for a Friday and Saturday night and the bar beside the hotel was a little loud but nothing you wouldn't expect from a downtown location.

Parking out front was handy.
The place is really run down and it is really showing. The musty smell in the hallway and the rooms is hard to handle and makes me suspicious of mold.
