Too many stairs

In our room the toilet and shower were separated on either side of the room. The shower area had no door on it. So this is not a good option if you're sharing the room with someone you don't want to see you showering.

Comfy, cosy and extremely clean. Great location.

Lots of stairs. Would like to request and insure staying no higher than first floor.

The castle view was charming! Staff were kind.

Charm aside, this accommodation was challenging with a 2 year old. Everything was white and carpeted, and the breakfast room had carpeted chairs and tablecloths that added stress as a parent tasked with constantly trying to mitigate spills. The kitchen in our suite was not well equipped, only dishes for two people not three, as our child wasn’t included in the prep for the room. Dishes were greasy, not enough coffee to make a pot in the morning, and coffee served in the main room was extremely weak or maybe even decaf? Ultimately we ended up getting our own breakfast and coffee outside of the inn each day after the first morning. Soundproofing between floors wasn’t great - could hear our upstairs neighbours.
