I liked that we could check in early. The gentleman in charge was very professional and helpful.
The mattress was not too good but it didn't matter as we were very tired.

There was a microwave and fridge. The basics were clean (bed, chairs, bathroom, etc) The staff (owner?) was friendly. There was a great restaurant across the street for breakfast (The Full Plate) It wasn't a fancy hotel, but I didn't expect that for the price.
The microwave and fridge were a bit dirty inside and the top of the cabinet that held them was very dirty (I couldn't see it, but my taller husband could)

Staff was friendly, location was decent, room was clean, price was great
One bed for 4 people, we had to bring a cot, Construction made it harder to get into the property
