Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean bedding, good water pressure in the shower
Poor air conditioning, unrepaired wall damage, soiled chair in room. Check in staff is robotic, she doesn't welcome you, just gets your info, verifies the room, gives you the key and tells you where your room is.

Convenience. The inn is close to all services in town, The high point was the friendly and accommodating staff.
While the room was excellent, the entrance to the hotel was a bit off putting. The reception area could be spiffed up. In hotels presentation is everything and first impressions are very important. Attending an event where there were many from out of town I heard several people say they went to Chatham to find a hotel. That is a shame since the Wallaceburg Inn has a lot of potential. Windows needed to be washed and tables in the breakfast area replaced.

Location
Breakfast a little sparse first day. None the second day but Tim Hortons nearby.

Close to family.
Some basic maintenance in front desk area, cleaning of carpets and updating from run down condition.
