I thought a continental breakfast was included. Most hotels include that.
Had issues with our key, didn't work on 2 occasions.

I liked that they gave complimentary coffee at all hours which was great. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right around us.
I didn’t like that the first night we had kids running above our room non stop all evening. That got annoying after a while, as it was all we could hear all evening. But thankfully it was only for the first night of our stay.

Positive experience in every way. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to use the conference room for a family gathering. This was very very important to us as we could not secure another location. The staff was great!
Only negative was the water pressure in the shower and shower rod needs replacing.

The room we stayed on was good. It is large enough for the family but the airconditioning is not good. The other room’s a/c unit is not working properly. I felt sweaty in the evening. Television is not working too on the other bedroom.
