Crack in the bathroom sink, so water running on the floor. Hospitality book hidden in a drawer, so we were constantly calling front desk for assistance. Parking lot could use resurfacing. Grab & Go breakfast all high carb and high sugar items, no good for a diabetic.
So many things.

Under renovation which is not their fault. We stayed in a recently renovated room and it was very nice ! Clean , bathroom updated with walk in shower.
We had an issue as the couch is right in front of the heater there was restricted access to adjusting it. Even when adjusted continuously shut off as was hitting the couch.
The only issue was the access to the heater.

….they should have microwave in the rooms. It’s standard for most hotels, instead of going downstairs to cue every time you want to use the microwave!
Guess they are still renovating cos the aesthetics is way off, the floor rug in the corridor , the front porch without ceiling, it puts one off! The A/C should be serviced, it’s gradually loosing it’s essence.
The proximity to most restaurants and facilities and major boulevard!

Free parking but mind you there were dumpsters everywhere in the parking lot.
Property was under major renovations that we were not told about. We booked for two king size rooms and both our rooms we were put in double bed rooms, when we asked the front desk they said it was because we went through an third party and they were unwilling to assist us, or go live is a discount. We had to ask for soap as there was non n the bathrooms to watch our hands.
