What liked most was the lady running it. She was gracious, helpful, and just a very caring person.
The first morning she helped me procure the items I wanted, and made suggestions for helping me get it on my walker.
The next day my sister-in-law and I went down together and she was just as friendly and helpful.
The food choices both days were good.
In our room, it was very hard to get in and out of the tub to shower. The shampoo was too high. A safety bar would have been nice at the edge of tub to hold to as I got out. Not enough hot water.
I should have asked if you had a handicap room.

The bed
There was not one piece of comfortable furniture in the room. The bathtub was dangerously slippery and no rubber mat available. There was no towel racks in the bathroom on which to hang a towel. The toilet was too low. Elderly people have trouble with a toilet that low.
I will not stay a Hampton Inn again. I have been an Hhonors member for years and I am very disappointed in Hilton facilities.
