Location and the quietness! Bed was comfortable!
I wish the rooms was a little cleaner! There was stink bugs all on the ceiling and walls! Floor could have been mopped better. Spider webs all over the balcony and steps!!

The room was large and comfortable but not exceptional in any way. The main advantages of this hotel are the price and the location next door to the acquarium in the center of Gatlinburg. Leave the car in the free parking and walk to restaurants and attractions. This may not be a plus for some, but we enjoyed seeing bears walking through the grounds.
The breakfast is a "grab an go" arrangement with pastries in cellophane packages, orange juice, and coffee. I had expected more of a sit down breakfast with more variety of breakfast dishes.

I love the location of the property, very convenient walking close to everything. No need to move my car.
I didn’t like the fact that front desk. Sends you to someone else to get “parking pass” but whole truth is he’s sales person trying so hard to sell things to you (passes, attraction) most people already go with plans. I feel like that should be an option presented first before directly sending you there.

Location was great, the person checking you in was extremely nice and professional.
The shades were all broken when we arrived and had to put together. The sink was so old and rusty it didn’t look clean. The bath tub severely needed updated everything really just needed an update. Could hear through the walls people’s normal conversations. Room smelled musty. Killed a big ant inside the room.
