Wingate by Wyndham Cranberry

The service at front desk was friendly and polite. Told us about breakfast service, let us know about the pool. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Very clean. Just as advertised

I found nothing that I did not like

I liked being greeted upon entering esp. at a later time. - evening. The morning departure time, I left my key at the front desk and the receptionist was friendly. I appreciated that.

I wasn't so sure that the mini sofa was clean enough to sit on to be honest. That part of the room is dreary, dark. Maybe it would be a good idea to have a write up of who the matron is, and how the room was sterilized (including furniture?) * There should always be extra blankets and pillow in a closed see thru bag * Why not offer 10% off a meal at one of the area restaurants? Your missing out on promoting your hotel by not offering your customers a discount if using a local restaurant ie., Panera Bread, Starbucks or that Mexican place?

The mirror in the room was nice and the led mirror in the bathroom .

My assigned room was not clean upon arrival despite me checking in early and all. Then the replacement to smelled like someone urinated on the floor .
