Easy to book affordable clean room, cool retro log style construction. Staff was amazing and so friendly.
The place is a bit dated. But its really clean and tidy so it wasn't that bad.

I didn't have very high expectations for this motel and I think this helped my experience! I actually had my best sleep of my holiday here, despite it being noisy. I found the bed to be comfortable and the staff were nice.
The bathroom was clean and modern.
The rooms we had were made out of wood. There didn't appear to be any insulation and the bed bases also looked homemade out of wood. It was very basic, but I got what I expected and so this was OK.
The rooms were so creaky. Every step you took made the floor creak. I would not want to be in a ground floor room with people walking above me! The beds were also creaky.
The motel is next to a busy road, so it is quite noisy.
It is also worth noting that the beds are quite high. My mum is pretty short (4ft11) and elderly and was unable to get into the bed. We had to lift her mattress off onto the floor. (Fortunately she is still quite able to get up off the floor!)
