Very clean and well kept. All staff are very pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Trash is picked up from outside my door which is very helpful. Manager Jamie runs a good business.
Needs to be remodeled. A bit old.

The location was convenient to a lot of places to eat and shop. It’s one block from the KOP Mall.
The room was clean. The bed linens were fresh. The only issue is that the motel does not enforce the no smoking policy inside the rooms. Too many people have written comments about the rooms smelling like ash trays and fresh cigarette and other smoke and still management doesn’t do anything about it. Smokers should all be placed in rooms closest to the exits so they can go outside and smoke easily.
