Sonia, who is fluently bilingual, checked us in and was very helpful in answering all of our queries. She also offered to assist us with our luggage. As we were out of season, we knew breakfast was not offered, however, the kitchenette we booked was well stocked with its own microwave and eating area as well as a dishes, cutlery, a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Our accomodation was well appointed, spotless and most comfortable. The shower was a pleasant surprise with its variety of spray options. There is also plenty of parking space. Another wonderful memory of our trip to Quebec.

There was nothing more Sonia could have done to make our experience more comfortable and enjoyable than it already was. We only wish we had booked a longer stay and will come during the season next time to experience the breakfast everyone raved about in the guest book.

The bedroom was large and fully equipped...an apartment really. It was lovely. The bathroom was large and well equipped...nice hot water too. And Amy was delightfully welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, despite our main languages not matching. I hope she received my gratuity for helping bring up one of the bags.

The room was described as a 'loft', beachfront and sea view. It was not a loft. It was a lovely third story bedroom, with 30 very narrow stairs to reach it through two stories. It was not anywhere near a beach and the water view was distant, past a highway, much infrastructure equipment, traffic and other buildings. That was a major disappointment.

Our room was magnificent and just a short walk from a downtown area thatv we loved.

The two flights up to our amazing room might be challenging for some folks, but the staff helped with our bags. Nothing at all negative to say!

A spotless, cosy room with everything we needed. Situated close to the centre of Matane with a number of restaurants close by.
