Great attention from the receptionist, who advised on parking -- the hotel has it!-- and carried a suitcase or two up the stairs. The location is very convenient, inside the walls
The disadvantages are typical for a small hotel in Quebec City. Narrow stairs and no elevator

- super sweet; all cared for; even a mini Outdoor Space and very centrally located
- all perfect; having an extra blanket could be nice for thé Winter périod

Great location in Old Town. Loved the French decor and architecture. Had a room with 2 beds, a couch, 2 chairs and a table. It was crowded but worked.
The shower was small but we are not big people so it was okay.

Great location. Love the onsite parking, though it is small and you must be comfortable backing through tight spaces. The bathroom was great. Lots of channels on the little TV though I wish it had a steaming box instead of cable. Heat pump in the room worked great. This place was really quiet at night.
The bed was way too firm, not good for a side sleeper like me. The old style key to our room was a bit tricky to use. Didn't like the loud microwave in the common area right outside our door.
