Beautiful city. Nice and clean hotel. Good location. Very nice staff. Classy. Room small but functional. There is a small fridge but no microwave. Restaurant in the lobby.
Add a microwave. Something to hang towels in the bathroom.

Great location, kind staff
Mosquitoes in the lobby!! I couldn’t believe how eaten alive I got in the lobby in September. I was grossed out by the number of mosquitoes. Also our door stopped working twice in the two nights we were there. Minor inconvenience but it was annoying enough to note considering the price of the property.

The location was excellent because the metro was easy to access and very close, and the surroundings were really beautiful. The room was spacious and had a nice historical feel.
However, the cleanliness was not up to standard as we found dirty underwear in the bedroom. When I called reception, they were understanding and moved us to another room, offering us free breakfast as compensation. Even though the staff were helpful and kind, I believe the hotel should improve its room inspection and cleaning standards.
