My stay at Sonesta was unexpectedly great. Having snacks readily available along with access to a kitchen was a nice touch and made the experience even more comfortable.
By far, this was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in at any overnight accommodation. Whoever cleaned my room deserves a raise and should probably be sharing their cleaning tips with everyone else. The room was spotless, well cared for and truly exceeded my expectations. Great job by the housekeeping team!
The only drawbacks I experienced were that the TV was not working during my stay and, more importantly, I discovered that the sliding glass door was unlocked when I arrived. From a safety and security standpoint, that was concerning and is something I believe should be checked more carefully during room inspections. Fortunately, I was only there for a short stay and arrived late, so I did not spend enough time in the room for the TV issue to be a significant inconvenience, but the security concern is worth addressing.

Staff was not always helpful. Expensive for what it was.
Nothing was bad, it was just not as nice for the price as other hotels in the area.
