The hotel is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Although there is no metro station nearby, there are a couple of bus stations in the area and we used those to reach every tourist attraction.
The room was small, but the bathroom was ok. The room was cleaned up every day.
Friendly staff, there was a luggage storage that we used before checking in.
We could not open the window and there is no window in the bathroom too. We had an A/C that we used to ventilate the room, but that is quite noisy and inefficient.

My room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. I was very happy with the amount of electrical outlets and USB ports in the room. The bathroom was modern and plenty of hot water. I was just a block or two from restaurants and shops and bars.
The only down side was the TV gave me problems. A couple people checked it out, but I could only get one channel to work. Luckily, there was free internet and I had plenty of streaming capabilities on my tablet.

It was conveniently located to everywhere I wanted to go, and the building itself has some vintage charm. It felt very homey, especially with the trees shading the sidewalk from the street. Staff were friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. I couldn't believe I paid so little. If I go back to DC, I would love to stay here again.
Bed was firm, loud, and didn't handle the weight of two people very well.
