Location and it was just a very cute, intimate place to stay. Very charming! The bikes were very fun to use!!!! And there was always a door man there which was nice and made you feel safe & secure, although it seemed like a very safe area to begin with. Would definitely come back!
Didn’t love that it was 2 separate buildings but that wouldn’t make me not stay there again. The hot food at the breakfast needs some help. Everything looks beautiful and the staff were very nice but the eggs were awful, as were the hash browns, sausage and bacon. I think they just need to buy better quality stuff.

Exceptionally clean, very spacious room with many areas for privacy. Staff was friendly and accommodating, location is perfect for walking to nearby museums and landmarks. Will definitely stay again.
The light fixture over the table in our kitchen area was so low I walked into/stood up into at least thirty times over the course of the weekend. I am not that tall. But this is the only complaint I have, and I am only verbalizing it out of sheer hatred built up at this specific light fixture lol. Everything else was amazing
