The staff were beyond hospitable. The young lady at the bakery showed concern when she noticed I had had tremors while trying to purchase tea she gave me orange juice with urgency. I had not eaten and I was experiencing hypoglycemia. She helped me sit and put my legs up. Every one was very kind.

Shuttle service was right on time and very efficient in getting everyone to their locations at the airport.
Prices of snacks were too expensive.

I chose this hotel because it was near to the airport and had a shuttle. The service was excellent!
The furniture in the room made it feel a little cramped.

The location and the free shuttle.
Information was not given about using our room cards to utilize the elevator. Besides me there were other guests also who didn't know. Once I got to the room the hot water in the bathroom was not there. Housekeeping did come up to help. Seems like that part of the hotel was not being used so the hot water was slow in coming. They kept it on for 1/2hr so hot water would come.
