We liked everything about the Auberge. The breakfast was great and the location was beautiful.
Nothing.

The owner was a lovely woman who was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed hearing about her history and the house. The house is very old and very charming. The view of the river is really lovely. Breakfast was a good continental style with excellent local ingredients.
Not a criticism; just be aware that the building is very old so the floors are uneven and the lighting is limited but that added to the charm and authenticity of the place. Had we wanted a bright modern room we would have stayed in a cookie-cutter motel room. If you want charm and a feeling of the history of the location stay here.

Great quiet location with big garden, lake view. Historic building & testul decor to match the age of building.
Excellent breakfast.
