Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Northeast/Markham

The gentleman that checked me was fantastic. I was early and he moved things around, so I could get into my room here I love the security, knowing that they are taking every step possible to keep me safe as I travel as a single woman.

When I checked out the lady at the front desk was quite rude and I found that she could’ve been more professional in her job. I have worked with customers for 35+ years and I just found her to be very unprofessional and rude and pushy at checkout. Also housekeeping should keep a closer eye on restocking supplies in the brim that the hotel offers both the body wash and the shampoo were completely out. I feel that something that you’re gonna offer. You should make sure it is well stocked.

Friendly staffs.

None

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants near by, nice staffs and plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 queen beds.

In general, cleanliness is good but there are still some places need further attention inside the room, area like corners/underneath bed and cabinet etc

No cups in room for Kerig machine. King bed room Glasses in bathroom - one dirty with sticky matter on side that stuck to my fingers when picked up. No hangers in closet. Small detail but sheets on bed placed oriented with tag at top under chin area and not at bottom for both sheets. Kind of odd. Toilet toilet paper holder cheap and would not stay horizontal to hold paper
