Coffee and apples were appreciated. Spa looked great although we did not use it. Your response to the cool room on arrival by turning off the AC was excellent.

Pillows were too thick.

Service was excellent . Room was comfortable and clean . Coffee and tea a nice touch on each floor. Outdoor spa is lovely .

I loved the old style of the building, even though there was a restaurant/bar downstairs we did not hear any noise in our room. It was very clean. The spa bathtub was amazing even though the jets weren't very strong. All the staff was amazing including the ones who worked in the restaurant. The view was also nice. Everything was within walking distance.

We thought it was odd that our checkout time was 11 but the restaurant did not open until noon. The jets in the tub weren't very strong and one barely worked at all. Our biggest issue was there was no AC unit in the window so the entire building was cooled by central air. The weekend we stayed there it was 30+ degrees out so our room was pretty hot. I texted the staff and asked if the temp could be turned down in our room. Not only did they do that they even brought us an extra fan which really helped- 10 outta 10 stars for the staff. There wasn't very many amenities, no microwave and a very tiny fridge that wasn't very cold. We paid over $200 for a single night so we were pretty disappointed for what we got.
