It's a nice property once inside. Clean, well kept, secure. The loft room we stayed in was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Some good restaurants close by. Close proximity/walking distance to Old Town Quebec. We felt very safe inside the property, and safe walking around during daylight hours

It was a bit challenging to finally obtain the entry code with multiple e-mails and texts being sent. The amenities are a bare minimum. Very comfortable, but very sterile. Only lighting in the main bedroom is bedside lamps, There's a switch, but no light! The comments you see about the homeless in the area are valid. There are a lot. I only had one in my face, but that was one too many. Parking is a bit sketchy. It is a few blocks away from the property, and I really feel like we were overcharged based on the signage. Due to my own scheduling, I had to walk to the parking garage at 2:30 in the morning when vacating the property. I've always felt safe enough around homeless people in the past in many different cities, but not on that walk.

Spacious. No hassle check in. Beds were comfortable. All needed stuff was in Kitchen (we didn't use). Neighbourhood was interesting and is also a bit uncomfortable at the same time, though not unsecure. Jina Cafe downstairs.

AC. Only one unit for the entire apartment in the living room and was fightinng with heating unit (seperate) that was accidentally left on. "Bedrooms" don't have doors only curtains (thats why the AC is supposed to work for entire apt) but it is not enoug. Could've used a tiny bit more though in lighting. NIght stand lights were literally $5 wire frames with no shades. Bathroom does not have a light on the mirror so you can only see half of your face from the track light. Other than AC, the rest are minor.

The size and cleanliness. The location was quite and a nice walk into old town15 to 20 minutes with hills, where the crowds were. Great communication with host. Also the supermarket was 2 minutes walk away. Loved Quebec 🥰

The mattress in the front bedroom was uncomfortable until we turned it around then it was comfortable. A suggestion to put non slip Matt in shower.

Very modern

Couldn't get into my room no reception and couldn't make a call to the number they provide :-( thought i would have to sleep in my car should have a phone in the entrance for international visitors just push a button to connect. Luck was on our side though a resident sorted it on his phone but lock was faulty. So had to give us a manual key very stressful after a long drive. Lovely apartment and modern but nothing to make a coffee even. very bare bones for such hi end accommodation. :-( . Last negative point was it was the capital for homeless people and although Quebec was beautiful in the centre which is 10 minute walk away this area put a downer on the whole visit as homeless people everywhere
