Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was spacious. Housekeeping were great!
Light feature needs to be dusted. Room couldn't get cool.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was great. The bar was cool and the venue underneath the hotel was a lot of fun.
The elevator could be heard moving form inside my room. While I was staying both elevators broke down. First the only one that went to the 10th floor and then the other so both were out at the same time.
I mentioned this to the hotel later that day and they denied that the elevators had been broken.
You can also heard other rooms from in your own room.

Location is comfortable, it's close to the subway, king room was specious
Area felt unsafe, hidden taxes and payments required for pet stay and for luggage storage- which both were never mentioned not and booking nor the pre-arrival messages from the property
