It was an excellent stay for what we needed.
The girl at the desk has no customer service skills. She was around 5’3 dark hair. No name tag. It had Manager on duty on the wall. It wasn’t about one incident. It was about her overall demeanour. No good morning. I felt like I was a burden to her if I had a question. Very unacceptable. When we checked out she didn’t ask how we enjoyed our stay. She took our key said do want a receipt. I said yes. She looked at the computer and printed the receipt and gave it to me and said nothing.

As 79 year old seniors, we were grateful that you had a luggage cart to use. We were on the second floor and what felt like miles from the front door and made many trips to and from our room when arriving but were very pleased to use the cart when leaving. we were told breakfast was at 6:00 AM however it didn't start until 7:00 for some reason. VERY clean and quiet.

The rooms are clean.
We had stayed here several times in the past year and the hot tub has been “under repair” every time. Clearly it’s not being looked at it’s just been left which is very disappointing.
