Everything! I feel safe, it’s clean, staff is amazing, location is perfect!

It’s always booked and it’s a decent price but I’d like to get a better rate sometimes. However, there are concessions that are complimentary and I can get a deal on 3 nights. So it’s manageable for me.

The property manager was exceptional and very helpful. He was very cordial and shared great information about the things and places to go in the area.

I would have liked it to be a bit less expensive.

The parking is terrible and you have to pay for onsite parking. Uhhh i just paid for a hotel stay. Where did you expect me to park..If you get the space against the wall you have to leave your keys with front desk. Uuu no. And No close by breakfast place.

The property is perfectly located. Its proximity to the beach was amazing and convenient when hauling our kids and gear. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was extremely dated. I understand keeping things from rusting that close to the water is nearly impossible but it looked like nothing had been changed in the last five years if not the last decade. When we arrived the screen door had been left off the track, there was a thick cover of dust covering every door, the light fixture in the bathroom was dusty, the hair dryer looked like it had never been cleaned after years of use, overall it looked like the bare minimum had been done to clean it for our arrival. The chair next to the table had a broken arm, the railing was very loose and though we brought it to managements attention they didn’t seem worried about it. Overall it felt like we were being overcharged for what was being offered.
