Never cleaned the room

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and everything was delicious.

The bathtub was peeling and looked a little dirty, so I think the bathroom could be better maintained. Also, my room was next to the ice machine, which made noise throughout the night and was quite disturbing.

Staff, location, and room

Nothing

Plenty of good breakfast food. Security camera monitors were visible at reception desk. Common areas were kept clean. Heating and cooling worked well. Plenty of light options in room. Plenty of soap in bathroom.

No portico...got wet when unloading and loading baggage. No security light at front parking spots...had to use a flashlight when unloading and loading baggage in the dark. Stayed in room on first floor by exit door that was not locked. Room was handicap accessible but the shower curtain did not contain the water to the shower...water in entire bathroom...had to use bath towels to dry the floor. Stains on floor carpet and on bed cover. Two occupants only received 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel for 2 of 4 day stay...had to ask the receptionist for additional towels...was told that cleaning attendants did not work every day.
