Excellent location for moving my daughter in to Northeastern U. Also love the location to the Prudential mall and reflecting pool.

Appears the hotel recently was renovated but the flooring was coming up throughout the hotel.

Great location and view from the 2nd floor. Safe area to walk late at night. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathrooms need to be updated.

Didn’t like the bathroom. The fact that you need to let the staff at reception know that you need the room to get cleaned it is too much. Also the ‘do not disturb’ magnetic sign kept falling down, so it was confusing for the employees. The night staff wasn’t too polite. The lobby is tiny, unattractive and needs a remodel.

The location was good, close to a subway station.

I checked in early and when I went to my room. It was not made at all. The sheets and towels were in piles in the corner and when I called the front desk. She said they only cleaned the rooms every 4 days but I was a little surprised since she said the room was ready. We left for lunch and when we came back the room was made. The hotel is old and some of the flooring tiles are coming up in the hallway and they just used tape to keep them down. Also they put away the morning coffee by 9:00 and when you're on vacation you're not always at the coffee bar early so I had to get up early to go down and get a cup of coffee before they picked everything up. It would be nice if they would keep the coffee out at least till 10:00. Somewhere

Proximity to green line.

Floors are horrible (vinyl flooring is broken, tiles are coming off), shower ceiling was way too low, even with AC off we were freezing in bed, no extra blankets
