I enjoyed the customer service. I asked for water and they brought it to my room.
We needed a microwave and there was not one available. This is a must change.

The property was located near the galleria area and the view from my room was nice

Nice and clean! Whatever we needed the staff provided
It took some time for the hot water to come on but other than that my family enjoyed our stay

Delivered to the room. Taste was awesome and the portion was plenty.
Overall the property was nice. There were far too many unchapparoned children and teenagers on the property. Apparently a basketball group of some sort was staying at the tine we visited. They were loud and obnoxious. It made moving around the dining area and lobby very frustrating and uncomfortable.
