Super clean, great location, nice staff. Very comfortable and spacious room.
Since there are no coffee makers in the room, it would be nice if the lobby had it available throughout the day. Currently, it's from 7-10am.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the microwave and refrigerator were nice to have since I needed to eat an early breakfast for the Santa Cruz half Ironman. The family that operates the hotel were great and the woman we met was friendly.
Parking spots in the covered area were a little tight.

The room and adjoining bathroom was small, but perfect for us two adults. The dining table and two chairs by the entrance and window were great for sharing snacks and meals. The coffee machine down in the office was wonderful when it was available (mornings only)
The lighting for the bathroom mirror wasn't quite bright enough.
