The rooms were very clean and comforting. Man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Pretty decent price and location. There's an IHOP within walking distance. TV had SpongeBob so that's always a plus
Our shower/toilet light did not work and would continuously flicker but it wasn't a huge issue so we didn't bring it up to front desk. Showering with the lights off is a vibe. Shower curtain had a tiny hole in it and was visibly old and worn.

The front desk rep was professional and courteous. The deposit was promptly reversed and was back on my debit card the day following check-out.
The room only appeared to be clean. The sheets may have been changed but the floor clearly had not been swept. The walls were disgusting. There was a layer grime and stains covering the walls in the bathroom. The tub appeared to be rotting so a make shift patch was covering the bad spot but it did not completely cover it.
There was a wood roach and german cockroaches. I can only hope I didn't carry one of those german roaches home. I kept our bags zipped up, hopefully preventing them from climbing in and hitching a ride.
