Location was amazing, the staff was fun and friendly 😀 facilities were well taken care of and very clean. Cute patio area by our rooms and everything was basically walking distance. 10/10!!

I loved how close it was to universal studios and had food places next door.
Minimal parking spaces available unless you park across the street which is a quite a walk to the crosswalk and back due to the location being next to the freeway and a busy road.

Really good location, five minute walk to the Universal Studios shuttle, and if you want to walk it’s 10 minutes from there. Also very nice reception staff.
Weirdly my sink seemed to have two hot taps some of the time, I couldn’t get cold water. And at the same time my shower was cold and wouldn’t heat up. It was very confusing. Also there’s no bedside light so you have to get out of bed to turn the light off. And I came back in one day at 5pm to find my dirty towels were gone but not replaced, and then at almost 6pm I got a knock offering housekeeping.
Basically lots of small, weird issues.
