Loved the location. We had a junior suite giving us a balcony, two rooms, comfortable seating. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent WiFi. It was clean and housekeeping did a very good job refreshing the room. We enjoyed a good dinner and excellent service in the restaurant.
My only complaint, our room was situated at the end of the hallway and our balcony was situated above the mechanical plant roof which was covered with seagull feathers and other seagull stuff! We had a limited view of the lakefront and beach. It was apparent that the hotel was not full and it would have been much nicer to have a suite facing the lakefront. I did not ask for an upgrade, although as a Genius 3 Booking.com user an upgrade could have been offered.

The staff and the location.
The rooms were outdated. Our bathroom was broken. quite a bit of dirt everywhere. When accessing the pool showers it look like people were washing their pets from the beach in there. It was absolutely disgusting and there was black mold all up the wall It was just kind of gross and run down for what I was expecting I guess
