Big Pines Mountain House

Rooms had plenty of space. Liked the yard in front of the rooms, it allowed family time. Easy access to town and somewhat off the main road to minimize traffic noise. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Big Pines Mountain house. Room was good and staff was helpful through out the stay. Location of the property was excellent , few minutes walk from casinos and Heavenly village. We would stay again in future and also recommend.

Front desk person was kind, patience and helpful when we needed something.

Liked the location . The lady who checked me in was lovely. Clean towels..older but clean. Hot water for showers.

Oh boy... We were in the adjacent building to the right of the swimming pool. There were little pieces of litter all over in the grass like it hadn't been picked up in weeks and weeks...oh and dog poop..biiig.. in a few spots close to our room. Ugh. The room air conditioner was fighting for its life barely kept it reasonable in temperature. Management knows that because there was the oldest dirtiest box fan in the room to help circulate the warm air. There were things splattered on the wall in various places. And there appeared to be a red liquid it looks like blood in a couple of spots in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was pretty weak it didn't reach into the bathroom for reference so about 15 feet. Who should I contact about getting a 50% refund?? Way overpriced for what I paid. EDIT To the property manager, do not reply to me with some AI response... unless you are prepared to talk about a refund! go look at Rooms 300- 308 .. go walk in every single room then tell me about my refund or partial refund! ...Blood??... As renters, We have a high rating when we go to rent accommodations. We always record the rentals Before & After... Just in case.
