Had old school character. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful . Hotel is right on Main Street area walk right out door to dining and shops.

Obnoxious guests who wouldn’t stop talking out at the Jacuzzi. Everyone else was quiet and relaxing .

Location is fantastic. Right in Calistoga so easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We were also easily able to find street parking. The rooms were clean and quiet and the pool was relaxing!

Spacious rooms at a great location. We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect for the most part.

Some areas of the hotel appeared worn and dated. The carpets in the hallway were dirty. No elevator for your luggage. The power went out for 6 hours on our last night. This was citywide so not the fault of the hotel. However, the staff seemed indifferent and not helpful with suggestions. When the lights came back on in the town, they were still off at the hotel. Again, the staff was indifferent about this even though it was now dark, and there was no emergency lighting around the hotel. We had to use our cell phones for lighting.
