The property is gorgeous! Very tropical and a great vibe. The coffee shop in the lobby was exceptional, John was a pleasure to interact with every day, and he recognized me in the elevator and said hello. Amazing property and welcoming staff. Jeffrey checked us in and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The pool area was meticulously kept and a great way to end our busy days. Our stay was everything we could have asked for.
I can’t think of a thing that was disappointing but I did get lost time and time again 😆

The hotel was great and a very pleasurable experience. I thought the parking prices should have never been added, because you already had to stay at the resort anyways.

The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel looked clean and orderly. The breakfast and snacks where good.
I didnt like the fact that i had to pay for parking at the hotel im already staying at. Also why did the hotel take $25 fees to then tell me to use them at the hotel? kinda like a daily per diem. I went to The Pointe and at the end the tip was already added to the bill and was still asked if i wanted to add more. NO. Im not responsible for paying your employees salary. Pay them better. The doors to the hotel rooms are heavy in the sense that when they close they slam and that echoes through the halls, im sure bothering or waking up other guests.
